This pack is wonderful, easy to use resource. I use the slides as a booklet and have it print and bound for children to look through in the reading corner all year round so it isn't simply available in black history month. I would like to see more recent black icons in the cards...such as Malorie Blackman and Marcus Rashford. Although these are current they're influential and are recognised as such, it would go to show children that we all make an impact today and now. But as is can't recommend this display highly enough.
Thanks for your wonderful review, Aimee. There are some resources about Marcus Rashford in our 'Comprehension Crosswords' and 'Biography Writing' Packs, and it would be great to expand this pack with more people in the future.
Or rather, set of resources! I particularly love the comprehensions, and the Guide is, as usual, a masterpiece of interesting, beautifully presented information. Especially valuable during these troubled times, when there is so much racial tension.
