How can I access the resources?

The resources on Teaching Packs are only accessible to our members. Registering on the site will give you access to all of our Teaching Packs while your membership is active.

All Teaching Packs members can also join our exclusive Facebook group, where we share special previews of upcoming resources. Members can also access discounts and special offers from a range of other educational providers.

How can the resources be used?

Please DO:

• Print and copy the resources in each pack (on paper or electronically), so that you can use them with the children that you teach.
• Tell others if you think that the packs are useful.
• Email mark@teachingpacks.co.uk if you have any suggestions, or find any mistakes, so that we can update the resources in the future.

Please DO NOT:

• Copy or share our resources (in part or whole) with others who have not purchased them. By becoming Teaching Packs members, others will help us to continue making more fantastic resources for everyone in the future.
• Share your Teaching Packs username and password with others. Anyone found to be sharing their log in details with others may have their access restricted.

Are there any free resources?

We offer a free Preview Pack that contains a selection of the resources in our packs. We also make Teaching Ideas, which is an incredibly popular teaching resource site!

Are your resources suitable for my country?

Although we are based in the UK, we have lots of members who live in other countries and we always try to adapt our resources so that they are suitable for everyone. As a result, alternative versions of the resources are often available. These may refer to ‘full stops’ as ‘periods’ or mention different types of currency (e.g. pounds / euros / dollars). If you would like us to adapt one of our resources to your circumstances, get in touch!

What age groups are your resources appropriate for?

Most of our resources are intended for use with children aged between 5 and 11 (i.e. the ‘primary’ age range here in the UK). However, we do have lots of members who use the resources successfully with younger children, older students and even adults.

How can I join?

You can join Teaching Packs using Paypal or a credit / debit card. We also have group discounts for school memberships.

How are payments handled?

Payments can be made using a Paypal account or with a debit / credit card (which uses the Stripe payment processor). Once your payment has been processed (this usually happens immediately), you will receive an email containing a username and password, so that you can log in and download all of our packs.

Will my membership automatically renew?

Yes. An annual subscription will be set up so that you don’t have to remember to renew again next year. As long as your subscription stays active, this will also ‘lock in’ your renewal price at this level, even if we increase prices for new members in the future. If you prefer, you can cancel this recurring payment at any time from your member Account page.

How can I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your account, this can be done easily from your Account page. If you choose to cancel, you will still have access to the Teaching Packs until your current expiration date. This can be found on the Member Dashboard or on your account page.

How much is the membership fee in my currency?

Please visit our Pricing page for the approximate cost in a variety of currencies.

Do you offer discounts for schools / groups?

Yes, please look at our school memberships page and get in touch if you have any questions.

Where do I log in?

Simply visit this page to log in.

I’ve forgotten my username.

Send us a message via our contact form or by email and we will send you a reminder as quickly as we can.

I’ve forgotten my password.

No problem! Please enter your username / email address on our password reset form and you will receive a link to set a new password.

I’ve been locked out!

If you have become temporarily locked out of Teaching Packs, please wait a short time and you can try again later. You can also get in touch and we will be happy to help.

I have just joined but I haven’t received my registration details yet. Where are they?

Sometimes, the registration emails get stuck in spam / junk folders by mistake. Please check in there first and if you still can’t find the email, get in touch with us and we will be happy to resend them to you.

I put the wrong email address on your registration page by mistake. What should I do?

Please get in touch with us, including the email / username that you used when you registered and tell us the correct email address too. We will update your account and resend your registration details to you.

I’ve found a mistake in one of the resources.

We check our resources extremely carefully before sharing them with our members. However, if you have found a mistake, please let us know so that we can correct it as soon as possible. Thank you.

What happens after my year’s membership has ended?

Your membership will automatically renew, and we will send a number of email notifications to remind you about this. If you would like to cancel your membership, please visit your Account page.

I’m having trouble renewing my membership.

Please ensure that you are logged into Teaching Packs, and you are using our renewal forms. Membership renewals cannot be processed on our ‘Join Teaching Packs’ page.

I can’t open ZIP files.

All of our Teaching Packs are available to download as ZIP files. This makes it easy for you to download one pack that is bursting with different resources! All PC and Mac computers should be able to open ZIP files automatically. If you have any problems, it might be worth trying to download some alternative zip software.

Older mobile devices (including iPads / iPhones running older versions of iOS) cannot open ZIP files without additional software. We have used GoodReader successfully to open the ZIP files on Teaching Packs.
