As a treat for everyone who receives the Teaching Packs newsletter and reads our blog, we are sharing this fantastic Daily Facts resource! The Excel file, which is available to download below, can:
- Display the current date to your children,
- Translate the day and month automatically into French (you can easily change the language by adding your own vocabulary on the ‘Languages’ sheet),
- Display a random fact about the day of the week and the month of the year. These facts can be used as the starting point for discussions about different topics, or as a prompt for further research and activities.
The free resource below includes facts for August and September, and Teaching Packs members can download facts for all twelve months of the year!
